The merger of the two largest fishing net companies in Ireland “Swan Net” and Gundry’s “ to become “Swan Net Gundry Ltd” which took place in 2002 left an area for the supply of netting for other purposes which had nothing to do with fishing open for the launch of “Netting Direct” .
